Many of my clients prior to joining, felt intimidated about the gym. They were not sure how to use certain machines or weights, and did not know how to plan a workout, so they often ended up practically killing themselves on any cardio machine available. They would come away feeling demotivated, and that first session would most likely end up being their last.
This is not ideal for anyone. The great thing with Online Personal Training is you leave all of the planning and thinking work to me. Just like how athletes have coaches who guide them to become the best they can be, I will work with you to create a plan to get you to where you want to be.
Your training session is supposed to be for you to put all your troubles away, and put your energy into what you’re trying to achieve, instead of adding the extra stress of 'what should I be doing here?'
