You won’t be getting the same workout as the person before you- all your sessions with be created for you and only you! I believe every person is different with different abilities and needs; Theres a reason it's called ‘Personal’ Training.
In my sessions, we will work on your goals! Whether that's boxing sessions, where I take you on the pad- as a beginner or an experienced boxer- you will gain a lot of value!
