Between the 1.2 and 1.6, figure out which is more realistic for you to hit every single day. Don’t set yourself up for failure.
So, if you are someone who is an active person at 85kg you would multiply that weight by 1.6 which would = 137.6 grams of protein each day.
To prevent protein deficiency, you want no less than 0.8 gram/Kilogram/Day. So, if you was the same 85 kg person the least amount of protein you should consume a day is 68 grams of protein each day.
The best way to track your protein is by downloading an app such as ‘MyFitnessPal’ Where you just scan and measure your food and you can see how far away or if you’ve hit your protein for that day. And even plan ahead!
