Have you took/are taking a supplement because you think you have to which you you necessarily don’t need? The problem with supplements is people are taking them because they think they have to, but don’t actually need to.
A great example would be someone who eats their correct amount of protein daily and then they take two scoops of protein and end up going over their daily amount. Another example would be someone having omega 3 tablets but have plenty of fish in their diet. You don’t need to take supplements if you don’t need to. However, supplements are good to help you if you’re under your daily goals, I have protein shakes for example to make sure I reach my daily protein goal.
If you’re deficient in vitamin d, omega 3, vitamin c etc… Then yes get on it! But make sure you’re taking them for the right reasons.
