Has someone told you to do this workout because they said it works for them and other workouts are rubbish? Unfortunately for them they’re wrong.
Theres not one best way to workout and keep fit! There is literally endless amounts of fitness journeys you can enter, whether that is weight lifting, martial arts, team sports, yoga, running, they all work and will all help keep you fit!
If you don’t enjoy going for runs or lifting weights, and you dread going to the gym to do it, then don’t. Like I said there is so much other stuff you can do which your body will thank you for! The whole point of working out and getting fit is so you feel good! So feel good in the process!
