Why Fitness Trackers Are Great!

My wife literally just got a Fitbit, and I'm not going to lie, it’s probably one thing I think everyone should invest in! There plenty of different types, you got the Fitbit, the Apple watch, the Garmin- all come in different looks and prices!

What’s so great about them? They track your heart rate, steps, sleep and can even keep track of your menstrual cycle.

Now what people love is to see progress, especially in health and fitness! With these fitness trackers they're tracking more than using the scales and your clothes size dropping. Your new aim is to try and get as much sleep as possible, get your resting heart rate as low as possible, and my favourite thing about it is the competitive side of it. You can compete with your friends to see who can get the most steps in a day/week, so obviously, what you gonna be doing? moving more! You’ll purposely be getting extra steps because you want to try and beat your friends, it’s crazy, but its true once you try it you’ll see, you will be more active, you will be motivated to get fitter and healthier!
